MAIN HALL (Including Kitchen):
	RATE:  $350 for up to 4 hours  ADDITIONAL HOURS:  $100 / hour Kitchen available Rectangular tables available Microphone and PA system Seats 150 auditorium style Seats 125 banquet style
COMMUNITY ROOM (South Building):
	RATE:  $175 for up to 4 hours  ADDITIONAL HOURS:  $75 / hour Rectangular Seats 50 banquet style

The consumption of alcohol and smoking are not allowed in the Senior Centers.

Kitchen facilities are available for warming and serving food only.  All meals must be prepared in advance.

A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required in addition to the base rental rate listed above.  The $100 will be refunded if the facility is left in good condition.
